I like the diagonal in this. I prefer the shallow depth on field in you 'Red Violin' post(http://chiaroscuro.baltiblogs.com/archives/006774.html), but this is still a good stock shot.

I think that this is a great shot. What would be really neat is if you took it in a lower lighting, so the beautiful red colour was brought out more, out of the shadows with some hightlights...its a amazing picture

I agree with all previous blog comments. A very strong image.
I volunteer for a non-profit organization that brings classical music to our small town. In Dec. we have a violinist coming, and I've incorporated your image into a graphic to be used as either a web e-mail announcement, or a program phamplet. I'd like your permission to use your image, and of course you will receive full credit.
