Yeah, that bokeh has just enough inner movement to add dimensional interest without detracting from the tulip. I also like your framing choice in the inclusion of a bit of leaf since it helps to 'point the way' to the blossom - many folks would have been tempted to show this as simply a lone stem and flower and the bit of leaf adds the extra something here. Nice:-)

The backlight works very well here, as it makes the petals translucent, and delineates the little hairs on the stem. The colors are very warm and create a very relaxing, sweet image.
