Your cropping choice is interesting and effective. Like the last shot, your composition takes your subject from the finite to the infinite. I also like the monochrome format. Great shots.

I agree with what Matt said, that your framing takes this from finite to infinite. I hadn't thought about it like that before.
As for the colors, when I saw this last night, I thought the colors looked sort of weirdly tan. But today, sitting by the window, I see more of a golden glow. You didn't change the colors, did you? It must just have been the light in the room I was in!
I love these glass shots. You have a way of making them look so fluid, especially the stems.

your cropping is just sensational which makes this photo incredible. great flowing black outlines, and desaturated and muted color.
i like the duality of shapes that are created from both the actual outline of the glasses, to the negative space in between.
